Clinical Director

Eileen Chew, M.Sc., BCBA, IBA

Eileen is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and International Behavior Analyst (IBA) with over two decades of experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families. She holds a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern University (2003) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas (2007).

During her graduate studies, Eileen completed a clinical internship at the New England Center for Children (NECC), a leading behavior analytic day and residential program for children with ASD. There, she provided supervised ABA and psychological services to children in both preschool and residential settings.

After completing her graduate education, Eileen joined the Institute of Professional Practice (IPP) in Connecticut, working within a professional-level foster care system. She provided intensive in-home behavioral support, school consultations, parent training, and individualized treatment planning for children and youth (aged 2 months to 16 years) facing complex behavioral and medical challenges.

In 2007, Eileen moved to Seattle and joined Northwest Behavioral Associates (NBA), a non-profit organization offering ABA services to children with ASD. Her role included delivering one-on-one therapy, designing individualized treatment programs, consulting with school districts, managing home-based interventions, and supervising therapy teams.

Since returning to Singapore in 2013, Eileen has continued her commitment to the special needs community. She has worked closely with children and families, trained and mentored new therapists, and played a key role in maintaining high standards of ABA service delivery. With her deep expertise and compassionate approach, Eileen is dedicated to empowering children with ASD by recognizing and celebrating every step of progress—no matter how small.

Eileen brings a wealth of international experience to her leadership role and is passionate about ensuring that children in Singapore receive the same quality ABA support available abroad.

It’s the little things that count. When baby steps are achieved, it’s celebrated. You see growth and progress from a completely different perspective and learn to appreciate the little things so much more.
